A lot of the healing process is simply supporting the body’s natural ability to heal itself. By taking away the things that prevent the body from doing what it knows how to do, healing happens from within. The body repairs itself automatically, seeking to restore balance. Removing the obstacles in the way of this process is the main goal of treatment. Then doctor and patient work together to develop a plan to address the patient’s condition and restore balance. The plan could include diet changes, herbal or homeopathic remedies, hydrotherapy, or vitamins and exercise. – Illinois Valley News |
